Suzuki Motorcycle India has added a new special edition with exclusive styling, new colours and updated rider-focused features.
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the Hayabusa Special Edition in India. The new model is priced at Rs 19.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Special Edition will be sold alongside the standard Hayabusa. The standard model is priced at Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
What Is New On The Hayabusa Special Edition?
The Hayabusa Special Edition is offered in Pearl Vigor Blue. It gets special graphics and new wheel finishes. The motorcycle also gets a three-dimensional SUZUKI emblem on the fuel tank.
A special badge also marks the new edition. Suzuki has added anodised details to the muffler end and heat guard. A single-seat cowl is also included as standard equipment.
Standard Hayabusa Gets Three New Colours
Suzuki has also updated the standard Hayabusa with three new dual-tone paint options. These include Candy Daring Red with Glass Sparkle Black.
The other two are Metallic Galaxy Gray with Candy Burnt Gold and Pearl Vigor Blue with Pearl Brilliant White. The colour update applies to the standard Hayabusa. The Special Edition remains available only in Pearl Vigor Blue.
New Battery And Electronic Updates
The latest Hayabusa now uses a new ELIIY Power lithium-ion battery. Suzuki says it is lighter and more compact than the earlier unit. The company also says the battery offers more stable voltage delivery under load. This is one of the key updates on the latest model.
Suzuki has also revised the Launch Control System and Power Mode Selector settings. The Smart Cruise Control system can now stay active during gear shifts.

This allows riders to keep their selected speed without reapplying throttle input. The change adds another update to the motorcycle’s electronic systems.
1,340cc Engine Continues
The Hayabusa continues with its 1,340cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine. The fuel-injected DOHC motor is tuned to deliver strong torque across the rev range.
Suzuki has also worked on the motorcycle’s exhaust sound. The company says it used its Exhaust Sound Quality Evaluation Program for this work. The goal is to balance the startup sound with comfort during normal riding.
Premium Hardware Remains
The Hayabusa retains its twin-spar aluminium frame and swingarm. It also continues with adjustable KYB inverted front forks. The motorcycle uses Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres.
Braking duties are handled by Brembo Stylema front callipers and twin 320 mm floating discs. Suzuki has retained the model’s wind-tunnel-developed bodywork. The design is aimed at improving stability and rider comfort at high speeds.
Features And Rider Aids
The motorcycle continues with a wide range of electronic rider aids. These include Motion Track Traction Control and a bi-directional Quick Shift System. Other systems include Suzuki Easy Start, Low RPM Assist and Slope Dependent Control. The Hayabusa also gets full LED lighting.
Availability In India
The Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition and updated standard Hayabusa are now available through Suzuki Motorcycle India dealerships across the country.
Suzuki Genuine Accessories and branded Hayabusa riding gear will also be available for buyers. The new Special Edition will continue alongside the standard Hayabusa in the Indian market.
