Harley-Davidson has unveiled the new Sprint 440 at EICMA 2026. Developed in partnership with Hero MotoCorp, the motorcycle will enter global markets from 2027. It will offer an accessible option for new riders and those returning to motorcycling.

Harley-Davidson Sprint 440: Engine and Performance
The new Sprint 440 uses a 440cc single-cylinder engine. It produces 27 hp at 6,000 rpm and 38 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. The engine comes with a six-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slip clutch.
The fifth and sixth gears work as overdrive ratios. These gears are designed to support relaxed highway cruising. Harley-Davidson claims a fuel efficiency figure of up to 34 kmpl.
Design and Dimensions
The Sprint 440 carries several classic Harley-Davidson design elements. These include a round LED headlamp, sculpted fuel tank and bobbed rear fender. Its low 671 mm seat height should also make it easier for riders to manage.
