Mivi has also announced its Mivi Care+ service plan for the One 5G. The plan will include a free one-year standard warranty. Mivi says the service will be available at more than 500 authorised service hubs in India. The company also promises a seven-day replacement policy for the phone.

Customers will be able to track service requests through the Mivi Care+ app. Mivi will also offer free doorstep pickup and return delivery in more than 19,000 PIN codes.
