Renault has unveiled the Rafale Hypnotic, a limited-run version of its flagship SUV. Production will be capped at 1,500 units, with orders opening in France on October 1. The starting price is 63,550 euros, or about Rs 69 lakh, while deliveries are due in late 2026.
The special edition is based on the Rafale Hyper Hybrid E-Tech 4×4 300 hp Atelier Alpine. It adds a satin black exterior, black styling details, a revised cabin and more standard equipment.
Renault Rafale Hypnotic Gets 300 HP Hybrid Setup
The Rafale Hypnotic uses a plug-in hybrid system with one combustion engine and three electric motors. The setup produces 300 hp and offers an electric-only range of up to 105 km.
The SUV comes with all-wheel drive, 4Control Advanced four-wheel steering and camera-based adaptive suspension. Renault says the suspension system was developed with input from Alpine engineers.
Black Exterior Design With 21-Inch Wheels
The Rafale Hypnotic uses a satin-finish Forest Black paint scheme. It also gets a black grille, 21-inch alloy wheels, gloss-black roof trim and a gloss-black rear spoiler.
A black Atelier Alpine badge completes the exterior changes. The model’s dark design is intended to distinguish it from other versions in the Rafale range.
Alcantara Interior And Extra Equipment
Inside, the special edition gets black Alcantara and fabric upholstery. Blue, white and red stitching adds contrast to the cabin. The seats also feature an illuminated Alpine logo and an individually numbered plaque. Other cabin details include Alcantara dashboard trim, gloss-black door inserts and black carpeting.

Renault will offer several features as standard equipment. These include the Solarbay glass roof, heated windscreen, head-up display and Harman Kardon audio system.
Renault Rafale Hypnotic Price And Availability
The Rafale Hypnotic will be sold as a numbered special edition. Renault will also display the SUV at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The standard Rafale range starts at 46,750 euros for the Techno full hybrid E-Tech 200 hp. The Esprit Alpine full hybrid version costs 50,750 euros, while the Esprit Alpine Hyper Hybrid E-Tech 4×4 300 hp costs 55,750 euros.
The Atelier Alpine Hyper Hybrid E-Tech 4×4 300 hp is priced at 60,250 euros. At 63,550 euros, the Rafale Hypnotic sits above the other versions in the range.
