Oppo has confirmed the India launch date of the K14 Plus 5G. The new K-series smartphone will be launched on September 29 at 12pm IST. Oppo has also revealed several key specifications ahead of the launch.

The Oppo K14 Plus 5G will be unveiled in India on September 29. The launch event is scheduled to begin at 12pm IST. Oppo has confirmed that the phone will be sold through Flipkart. The smartphone will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Max chipset. Oppo claims that the phone can score more than 1 million points on AnTuTu.
The K14 Plus 5G will feature an AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. It will also support a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. For cooling, the phone will use a 5,000 sq mm VC cooling system. VC, or vapour chamber, cooling helps control heat during demanding tasks.
8,000mAh Battery And Camera Details
The Oppo K14 Plus 5G will pack an 8,000mAh battery. Oppo has also confirmed a 50-megapixel main rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS).

The main camera will support 4K video recording. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone will feature a 16-megapixel Sony IMX480 front camera.
Durability And Other Features
The new Oppo phone will carry an IP69K rating for dust and water resistance. It will also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication.
Oppo says the handset will come with its 6-Year Smoothness Protection feature. The company also claims that it has a Damage Proof 360 Armour Body. The K14 Plus 5G will run on ColorOS and include new AI features. It will also feature dual stereo speakers with an Ultra Volume mode.
