OnePlus has launched a new 16GB RAM variant of the OnePlus 13s in India. The new model pairs 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and is priced at Rs. 68,999.
The new configuration is now available through Amazon and the OnePlus online store. It is offered in Black Velvet, Green Silk, and Pink Satin colour options.
OnePlus 13s New Variant Price in India
The OnePlus 13s 16GB + 512GB variant costs Rs. 68,999 in India. The company is also offering an instant discount of up to Rs. 2,000 on select bank credit cards.
The offer is available with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDFC First Bank, and IndusInd Bank credit cards. The existing 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 54,999, while the 12GB + 512GB version costs Rs. 59,999. The new variant expands the OnePlus 13s range to three RAM and storage configurations.
OnePlus 13s Specifications
The OnePlus 13s features a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display. The screen has a resolution of 1,216 × 2,640 pixels and supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

The display also offers up to 1,600 nits peak brightness. It supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming and Aqua Touch 2.0 for improved touch response. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
OnePlus 13s Camera Features
The OnePlus 13s has a dual rear camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony LYT-700 sensor. The main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation. It is paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The telephoto camera supports 2x optical zoom and electronic image stabilisation. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 32-megapixel front camera.
Battery and Connectivity
The OnePlus 13s is powered by a 5,850mAh battery. It supports 80W wired fast charging. The phone supports dual SIM connectivity and 5G networks. Other connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, NavIC, NFC, and USB Type-C.
For security, the smartphone has an in-display optical fingerprint scanner. It measures 150.8 × 71.7 × 8.2mm and weighs about 185 grams. The 16GB + 512GB model is now available for purchase in India through Amazon and the OnePlus online store.
