Honda Elevate Facelift Pre-Booking Opens Ahead of October 6 Launch

Honda has opened pre-bookings for the Elevate facelift in India. The updated SUV will launch on October 6, with bookings available for a token amount of Rs 21,000.

Customers can pre-book the facelift through Honda’s website or authorised dealerships. The company has also released a teaser showing some of the design changes planned for the SUV.

Honda Elevate Facelift Design Changes

The facelift retains the overall shape of the current Elevate. However, the front end gets several visible styling changes. The teaser shows a new connected-style LED daytime running light setup. The grille also appears to have been redesigned, while the Honda logo sits higher on the bonnet.

The updated SUV is also expected to get new alloy wheels. At the rear, connected LED tail lamps and a redesigned bumper are expected. The structural components are expected to remain largely unchanged. The update mainly focuses on styling and feature changes.

Honda Elevate Facelift Interior Changes

The cabin is expected to receive beige upholstery as part of the update. An ambient lighting setup is also expected to be offered. The current 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system uses wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The provided information says reports differ on whether Honda will introduce a larger screen.

Other reported additions include ventilated front seats and a 360-degree camera. Honda had earlier indicated that these features could move from accessories to factory-fitted equipment.

Honda Elevate Facelift Engine And Gearbox

The provided information indicates no major powertrain changes for the facelift. The existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine is expected to continue. The engine currently produces 121 hp and 145 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission.
